To the Braid Community –
We’re very sad to let you know that we’ll be shutting down Braid this month. We’ve really appreciated your enthusiasm and support over the past few months and were looking forward to watching your pools grow and thrive. With nearly 100K users and tens of millions of dollars pooled over the past few years, we’ve had a lot of fun building this product for all of you.
We started 2023 with a plan to have debit cards in Q1, and that clearly has not happened. That is on us. We tried our absolute best to get them to you, but unfortunately were not able to make it happen due to a few delays beyond our control.
The most important thing for you to know is that your money is completely safe. Braid has always put customer trust first and foremost and we’ve taken every precaution to ensure your deposits are always safe and accessible for you. Below you’ll see a calendar of dates, and you’ll need to withdraw funds from your account this month. Any funds left in your pools in June will receive a paper check.
